Attended stricken tanker m.t. Tasman Spirit of 26th July 2003 to determine the cause of grounding, oil pollution in harbour & at coastal areas. Supervised various lightening operations of crude and fuel oil recovered from Tasman Spirit to lighter vessels and storage vessel then to the receiver. Monitoring of beach & harbour cleaning operation on behalf of American Club, New York, U.S.A.

Attended to oil pollution caused by grounding of m.t. Golden Gate of 15th August 2002 on behalf of American Club New York and supervised cleaning of harbour and coastal areas. Undertook surveys and discharging operations and cargo loss assessment of the vessel.

As senior surveyor of liquid bulk cargo department and handled all kind of liquid bulk cargoes at Pakistani Ports & at Abroad. Carried out quantity and quality inspection of palm oil consignments as pre shipment inspector from Malaysian & Singaporean Ports on behalf of Stolt Neilsen Inc., U.S.A. & Pakistan National Shipping Corporation in 1985 – 1986.
